I was happy with the service from the sales person but 5 days after I purchased the car she had left the dealership. It was only when I booked the car in for the wheel defect I was informed, a courtesy call would have been much appreciated.

There was a delay, we were informed by the dealer that there was a delay in production at the factory. This led to a quiet period of non communication. once back on schedule, service and communcation resumed. service and resposne times good

Sales people were generall disinterested once I had bought my car just days later when I experience a few niggly problems. It is the Service Department that excelled giving me 110 service.

customer service is a bit hit and miss at this dealership. there are some individuals who are good at their job such as SAM who is part of theBMW service team and then there are others in the actual MINI service team who are arrogant and patronising

I have received fantastic customer service from the first day I stepped into Scotthall. I would highly recommend Scotthall, all staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is the best I have received ever

When it was reported 2 weeks after warranty that the fault had not been cleared, Scotthall said we would have to pay for the work and not the investigation.

The dealer fitted me in next day for oil spillage over engine bay and oil over paintwork. I was concerned as vinyl stripes on car and didn't want high pressure to affect these. Car arrived back very clean and polished, great service.
